Fantastic Attorney!

     My apartment had bed bugs. I had to get out of there and I didn't have money to pay my rent and find a new place to live. Michael contacted my landlord, explained that he had breached the implied warranty of habitability, engaged in unfair and deceptive trade practices, and we would seek treble damages if he didn't do the right thing. Now, I don't know what all that means but I do know that my landlord let me out of my lease, returned my security deposit, didn't charge me for the last month I lived there, and even paid me the cost of my move!      I run a small business that relies on our clients paying their bills on time. For the most part, our clients pay on time although sometimes they need a nudge. When that happens, I call Michael. He is prompt, thorough, and aggressive. The majority of the time they respond to his letters. If they don't, they will find themselves on the losing end of a court battle. Michael even drafted a new, airtight agreement for us for free! For most attorneys, this would be against their interest as the new agreement will reduce our need for his services.      My real estate firm began using Michael's services in 2014. Since then, he has helped us negotiate lease agreements with hospitals, obtain easements necessary to sell property, recover from delinquent tenants, resolve boundary disputes, and so much more. I remember one case where we spent about $25,000 performing our due diligence only to discover unsettling information about the Seller and property. We were told by other attorneys that we were limited to the liquidated damages set forth in the contract. This seemed unfair so we sought Michael's opinion. He agreed and set forth a legal theory that resulted in us recovering 100% of our damages.
