     My real estate firm began using Michael's services in 2014. Since then, he has helped us negotiate lease agreements with hospitals, obtain easements necessary to sell property, recover from delinquent tenants, resolve boundary disputes, and so much more. I remember one case where we spent about $25,000 performing our due diligence only to discover unsettling information about the Seller and property. We were told by other attorneys that we were limited to the liquidated damages set forth in the contract. This seemed unfair so we sought Michael's opinion. He agreed and set forth a legal theory that resulted in us recovering 100% of our damages. On another occasion, one of our anchor tenants relied on an ambiguous term of our lease agreement to vacate the premises prematurely and to sue us for damages.
